Description of Services
Serving homeless kids in New York, providing: (1) Crisis counseling; (2) Emergency housing (boys and girls ages 18-20 and ages 16-18 if ACS is contacted) and referral to long-term transitional living programs; (3) Health Services Department (provides comprehensive primary care clinic serving clients up to 21 years of age, and adolescent mothers and their children); (4) Mother & Child Program (including a full-day nursery for infants and toddlers while their parents attend school, vocational training, or are at work).
U.S. shelter facilities are in Anchorage, Atlanta, Atlantic City, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, New Orleans, New York, Oakland, Orlando, Philadelphia, St. Louis, and Washington, D.C.
