Description of Services

Immigrant Women and Children Project: (1) partners with volunteer attorneys to assist immigrant survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking in their immigration matters, filing wage and hour complaints, filing civil lawsuits against traffickers; (2) direct legal representation on complex cases. IWC accepts cases from the public, community-based organizations, law enforcement, prosecutors’ offices. IWC trains lawyers, law enforcement, social/medical services providers on human trafficking and legal remedies.
